We are seeking a highly-skilled Self-Perform APM / Project Manager to join our healthcare construction team. This role is key to delivering high-quality healthcare facility construction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial construction, especially within healthcare. Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality completion.
2. Oversee planning, design, and construction of healthcare facilities, ensuring OSHPD compliance where applicable.
3. Coordinate project teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.
4. Review and approve project plans and specifications to meet client needs and regulatory standards.
5. Manage budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to both.
6. Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship and customer satisfaction.
7. Resolve issues during construction, ensuring client satisfaction.
8. Report project progress regularly to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
2. Extensive knowledge of OSHPD Healthcare Construction Projects requirements (location-dependent).
3. Proven experience managing large-scale projects from start to finish.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
8. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
