POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, experience in sales, and proficiency in both English and Spanish. The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with the prospect team to contribute to various initiatives focused on promoting our services and generating new leads.

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary: USD 500-600 if KPI is achieved or,
  • Commission-based
  • *Base salary can be increased up to USD 700 after probation (performance-based)
  • *Refer to the Appendix below for details on the KPI Commission Rate.

WORKING HOURS

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, as follows:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30AM to 5:00PM (Chicago Time) and,
  • Saturday: 9:30AM to 3:00PM (Chicago Time)
  • Zoom meetings required during working hours.
  • 100% Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available apartments.
  • Schedule apartment viewing tours. Communicate with customers primarily via phone calls (80%), as well as through text messages (15%) and emails (5%).
  • Assist customers in completing rental application forms.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 years in a sales field, preferably with a background in property management, preferably in real estate, property management, airbnb, hospitality, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Having experience with working remotely as a plus
  • Proactive and eager to learn
