Our client, a Solen Software Group portfolio company, is a dynamic Fleet Management Software & GPS telematics company focused tracking everything, everywhere, all at once. They help utilities, equipment rental fleets, police, first responders, and North American municipalities/state/local governments fleets run efficiently.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Full-Cycle Sales Rep to join our team and promote our comprehensive SaaS solutions in GPS & Telematics and Enterprise Asset Management for fleet operations. Our focus is on utility companies, state and local government, construction rental equipment, education, first responders, and other field services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Deliver engaging sales pitches and platform demos, clearly explaining our cloud-based products and services.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Customize presentation of product offerings based on client feedback and requirements.
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within set timelines.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure alignment
  • Stay informed about best practices and promotional trends to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques through feedback and adapt strategies accordingly, including use and documentation of efforts in CRM

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an outbound sales representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience hosting SaaS demos is required.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations and compelling sales pitches.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Zoho CRM
  • Resilience in handling rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
  • High school diploma required; BS/BA degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Aptitude for delivering attractive presentations and building professional relationships.
  • Any experience in Telematics, Fleet Management or IoT is a plus.
