About The Client
Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities. Sales Development Representative's utilize professional sales skills to investigate prospective clients’ company structure, industry positioning, and any other relevant information. This information is used to penetrate the company with the intent of securing an opportunity to pass to the sales team.
How will you make an impact?
Generate new business opportunities through lead follow-up and prospecting of potential customers in the assigned territory.
Perform initial Discovery to gain and understand of a customers challenges and needs
Research Companies on a list of target accounts to understand the organizational challenges and needs from a Customer Experience perspective.
Research and identify key contacts within a target account list based on buyer persona
Make calls, emails, send LinkedIn messaged to target account list, as well as maximizing efforts from inbound and outbound opportunities.
Effectively and efficiently log leads and sales interactions in contact management software tools.
Meet or exceed Lead Development quotas as defined by management.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current and future Customer Experience products and services offered.
Interact with assigned territory sales team.
Attend meetings and trainings as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Have you got what it takes?
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications or similar field or equivalent work experience required.
1 year software or telecommunications sales experience required with demonstrated success in a quota-bearing environment.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
Superior verbal communication skills and confidence in interacting with senior level executives.
Self-discipline and responsible time management.
