Overview
Hiring: Sales Agents (English). We are looking for highly driven and committed individuals to join our team as Sales Agents for our client accounts. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine creativity, empathy, and strategic thinking to maximize revenue and engagement for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Content Sales: Promote and sell exclusive content.
- Engagement: Respond to messages and comments to maintain high engagement levels.
- Customer Segmentation: Focus on high-value customers while managing time efficiently across all conversations.
- Sales Strategies: Utilize proven tactics such as scarcity, FOMO, value-driven messaging, and personalization to drive sales.
- Reporting and Feedback: Provide insights on customer behavior to optimize sales strategies and content performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue per Shift: Sell USD 500 by the end of the first 2 weeks. Then keep increasing it.
- Conversion Rate: Achieve at least 50% conversion rate.
- Response Time: Maintain an average response time below 5 minutes.

Must-Have Competencies
- Sales and negotiation skills to maximize conversions and revenue.
- Strong empathy and communication to build meaningful connections + creative messaging to keep conversations engaging and customers invested.
- Language fluency in English at a C1 level.
- High typing speed for rapid and engaging responses.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic proficiency with customer service tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
- Time management skills to prioritize high-value conversations.
- Understanding of Western culture to effectively connect with target audiences.

Commitment
