Cr3ativeGrowth is a Miami-based creative agency helping brands grow through design, strategy, and storytelling. We’re seeking a Graphic Designer to turn strategy into visuals—brand identities, social content, ads, decks, and web layouts that look premium and perform.

You’ll collaborate with a fast-moving team, design for multiple client brands, and deliver production-ready files using Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, while keeping brand voice consistent and on schedule.

Formación

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong layout, typography, and color theory.

Responsabilidades

• Design social content for client brands.
• Build and extend brand identities.
• Design landing pages and web layouts in Figma.
• Create pitch decks and marketing collateral.
• Maintain brand voice and visual consistency.
• Interpret briefs from PMs, Copywriters, and Account Managers.
• Manage multiple brands and deadlines.
• Deliver production-ready, organized files.

Cr3ativeGrowth is a Miami-based creative agency helping brands and founders grow through design, strategy, and storytelling. We build brands that are impossible to ignore, for clients across the U.S. and beyond.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer, a person who turns strategy into visuals people actually stop for: brand identities, social content, ads, decks, and web layouts that look expensive and perform even better.

What You'll Do

• Design social media content for multiple client brands: static posts, carousels, stories, and ad creatives.
• Build and extend brand identities: logos, color systems, typography, and brand guidelines.
• Design landing pages and web layouts in Figma, ready for handoff to our developers.
• Create pitch decks, presentations, and marketing collateral for clients and internal use.
• Adapt to each client's brand voice and visual system without losing quality or consistency.
• Work from briefs written by our Social Media Managers, Copywriters, and Account Managers, and ask the right questions when a brief isn't clear.
• Manage multiple brands and deadlines at once.
• Take feedback fast, iterate faster, and deliver clean, organized, production-ready files.

Requirements

• Bilingual: English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• 2+ years of professional design experience (agency or freelance background preferred).
• Advanced Figma skills.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Real understanding of layout, typography, composition, hierarchy, and color.
• Detail-obsessed.
• Reliable internet connection and a setup that can handle heavy design files.

Nice to Have

• Motion design or basic animation (After Effects, Lottie, CapCut).
• Experience designing for eCommerce or product-based brands.
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up ideation without leaning on them as a crutch.
