In this role, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to create detailed drawings and specifications for pre-engineered metal buildings. Your expertise will help ensure that our designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Create accurate and detailed fabrication drawings for pre-engineered metal building systems using CAD software
• Review project specifications, architectural designs, and structural drawings to ensure precision in detailing
• Coordinate with other design professionals to address potential design conflicts and integrate solutions
• Prepare material lists and project documentation for fabrication and construction
• Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and client specifications
• Work collaboratively with the engineering team to optimize building design for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Detailer with a focus on pre-engineered metal buildings
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Tekla, or similar)
• Solid understanding of structural design principles, building codes, and industry standards

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team environment
