Outlier is building a remote QA coder program for LatAm's software engineers to help train AI models by reviewing code and providing structured feedback.

As a QA Coder, you review AI-generated code, rate model responses on key dimensions, and craft clear prompts to push AI systems toward better code.

This is a 1099 freelance opportunity with pay up to $34 per hour and flexible hours.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to live production codebases.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail in grammar, punctuation and style.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions — accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write computer science questions to develop clear, well-structured prompts that challenge AI models.
