Outlier seeks a QA Coder to help train AI models by reviewing AI-generated code, scoring model responses, and crafting prompts. This is a freelance, 1099 contract working remotely from anywhere, with compensation up to $34 USD per hour plus incentive pay.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science, have production-code experience, and demonstrate excellent English communication and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an accredited institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail in code quality and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
