Outlier is hiring a QA Coder to audit AI-generated code from anywhere in the world. You will read code, flag issues, and rate model outputs to improve AI accuracy. You will also craft clear CS prompts to challenge AI models.

The role is a freelance 1099 contract with flexible hours and competitive pay, including incentives. Prior software engineering experience and excellent English are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar and style.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve output.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts for AI models.
