Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to review AI-generated code, flag issues, and score model responses to improve AI performance. You will craft clear computer science prompts and contribute to developing high-quality training data.

The role is a 1099 contract with flexible remote work across Latin America and other eligible regions. Prior software engineering experience and strong English communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or higher.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail in grammar, punctuation and style.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
