FH Collective Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high-value dental cases from $3,000 to $25,000+ and convert leads into bookings. This role is 100% remote, full-time contractor, serving LATAM, APAC, and EU markets.

You will build trust with patients, handle longer sales cycles, present treatment packages, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with team leaders to hit targets and drive successful patient journeys.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven closing of high-value deals ($3,000+).
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Strong objection handling & negotiation.
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline discipline.
• Fluent English, written & spoken.
• Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho.
• Comfortable remote work and multi-channel communication.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Convert inbound/outbound leads into bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, credibility.
• Present treatment packages and quotes.
• Qualify patients by intent, finances, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure travel readiness.
• Maintain CRM records throughout the funnel.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality.
• Contribute to sales targets and performance reviews.
