Belle Muse Agency is seeking an elite editor who can craft high-impact short-form reels and podcast clips from creator content, moving beyond generic edits.

You’ll identify viral moments, analyze trends, and ensure content meets platform standards while collaborating with the creative team to refine edits for maximum audience resonance.

Formación

• 1–2 years editing short-form content for Instagram/TikTok.
• Portfolio of approved reels showing strong engagement.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; able to interpret creator content and briefs.

• Edit short-form reels and podcast clips from raw creator content and interviews, identifying scroll-stopping moments that resonate with target audiences.
• Analyze trends in creator niches and propose fresh reel concepts tailored to each model’s brand and personality.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Edit short-form reels and podcast clips from raw creator content and interviews, identifying scroll-stopping moments that resonate with target audiences
• Analyze trends in creator niches and propose fresh reel concepts tailored to each model’s brand and personality
• Ensure platform compliance (proper framing, audio, age-appropriate content)
• Collaborate with creative team to refine edits based on feedback and achieve viral impact

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years editing short-form content for Instagram/TikTok with portfolio of approved, published reels showing strong engagement and aesthetic quality
• Fluent in Spanish and English (can interpret creator content, understand briefs, and communicate effectively in both languages)
• Expert-level proficiency in CapCut — experience with DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro highly valued; must work on macOS (demonstrates commitment to professional-grade workflow and quality standards)
• Can identify viral moments and execute polished edits (test: create 1 podcast clip from raw interview in 20 minutes—edited with captions, filters, pacing)
• Demonstrates creative ownership and aesthetic vision (test: given raw content with no reference, create an original reel in 10 minutes that showcases personal style and connects emotionally with viewers)
