A commercial real estate tech startup is seeking a remote Real Estate Analyst to manage data entry and ensure consistency in marketing materials. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Formación

Overview

We are looking for a Real Estate Analyst for our US-based client, an innovative commercial real estate tech startup leveraging AI to streamline the production of marketing materials for commercial real estate professionals. Their goal is to automate and enhance processes like deal marketing decks, offering memorandums, and presentations. The client relies on detail-oriented data entry professionals to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency as technology is developed.

Eligibility
  • Eligibility: This position is open to candidates residing in Latin America.

  • Professional Presentation: You may include a Loom video in the application form. While this is optional, candidates who provide a video presentation will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities
  • Input and organize deal information from various sources (Excel sheets, PDFs, comps) into our proprietary system, ensuring all fields are completed accurately.
  • Modify tables, fonts, and design elements to ensure consistency and professionalism across marketing materials, following brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with analysts and team members to meet deadlines, clarify project details, and ensure client requirements are met.
  • Review and ensure data accuracy and formatting consistency. Revise content based on client feedback to improve the final product.
Must Have
  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets: ability to manage data, apply formatting, and ensure consistency.
  • Basic design skills to adjust text, fonts, and layouts in marketing materials.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring error-free data entry and formatting.
  • Strong written communication skills in English, able to write clear, concise, and professional emails and messages.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Nice To Have
  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology (e.g., offering memorandums, deal decks).
  • Experience working remotely or with remote teams.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues proactively.
  • Schedule: 7am-5pm EDT or 12pm-10pm EDT (Monday to Friday).
  • USD Compensation.
