Formación

  • 1 year of experience in quality engineering or related training.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Equivalent combination of education or experience accepted.

JOB SUMMARY

To assist the Quality Engineering function as technical support in issues affecting manufacturing. To support and drive corrective action efforts. To support the drive for continuous improvement at Jabil

  • Assist Quality Engineer in use of statistical tools in the workcell.
  • Assist Quality Engineer with Corrective and Preventive Actions
  • Support production with trouble-shooting and defect resolution.
  • Ensure capability studies are performed on critical processes.
  • Perform first article inspection, review visual aids, and make updates to inspection visual aids.
  • Perform defect analysis reporting.
  • Perform line and product audits.
  • Assist Quality Engineering in APQP.
  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
  • Recommends modifications to existing ones, or suggests new rules, methods, and procedures.
  • Audits, maintains and generates accurate records, records and quality reports.
  • Ensures that documentation and procedures comply with customer specifications, industry standards, and standard operating procedures.
  • Works with all quality control and manufacturing personnel to achieve regulatory compliance.
  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company's safety policy.
  • Support all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs and initiatives in order to support our zero accident culture.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma required.
  • 1 years of experience and/or related training
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
