The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is seeking a Programme Officer to support cross-functional collaboration and ensure timely implementation of programmes in Venezuela. The role focuses on improving information management, data collection and visualization to facilitate decision-making.

Required: university degree in social science or related field, 3+ years in humanitarian program management, and strong MS Excel skills.

Formación

• University Degree or its equivalent in social science, or related.
• 3+ years of professional work experience in humanitarian program management.
• 3+ years experience in data visualization translating digital information to visuals.
• Strong MS Excel skills and computer literacy.
• Experience with international NGOs preferred.
• Languages: Fluent Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the Delegation for timely programme delivery.
• Provide administrative and programmatic support to oversee project implementation.
• Review and validate programme outputs at each stage.
• Organise information for meetings with stakeholders and partners.
• Monitor contracts and pledges validations.
• Maintain the archive of program resources and update SharePoint.
