UNICEF - United Nations Children’s Fund in Caracas is seeking a Programme Assistant (G4) to provide administrative, operational, and procedural support to the section. The role ensures timely execution of tasks aligned with UNICEF rules and supports programme delivery with coordination across teams.

The incumbent will work under supervision, assist with planning, monitoring, and cross-functional initiatives, and may be placed in sector-specific teams such as Health, Education, or Child

Formación

• Completed secondary education is required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant administrative or clerical work experience is required.
• Capacity to provide programme management and administrative support; experience in managing office calendars and coordinating team meetings.
• Ability to support budget monitoring and financial activities; travel management and event coordination.
