You will focus on cost efficiency, supply continuity, and service quality while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and controls, with international travel as needed.

Formación

• 2–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
• Fluent English.
• Experience with project-based procurement and PO lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

On behalf of Huawei we are looking for a results-driven Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing activities, supplier relationships, and procurement operations across multiple projects. This role focuses on ensuring cost efficiency, supply continuity, and service quality while maintaining strict compliance with internal policies and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and optimize the existing resource map.
• Support the development of price baselines for key service categories.
• Organize and lead regular supplier meetings to coordinate collaboration with project teams.
• Receive and respond promptly to project procurement requests.
• Oversee the full Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, ensuring timely issuance and acceptance closure.
• Monitor and manage supplier quality and performance, implementing improvements as needed.
• Guarantee 100% resource readiness through proactive supplier capacity management.
• Track, analyze, and report on procurement metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in project-based environments.
• Fluent English

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access; solid knowledge of the full Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial oversight in procurement.
• Commercial and negotiation skills, with familiarity in contract structures and risk management.
• Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical capabilities.
• Strong communication, networking, and influencing skills.
