BairesDev, a global technology services leader, seeks a Principal Software Engineer to drive technical direction for an AWS-hosted platform. You will stay hands-on while guiding engineers and architecture decisions, collaborating directly with end users to convert goals into working software.

You’ll lead design of event-driven services, mentor teams, and apply AI-assisted development across delivery cycles. Excellent English is required for global collaboration.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional work building backend systems with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Proven record designing event-driven microservices architectures running in production.
• Solid knowledge of AWS-hosted platforms.
• History of shipping software to production and owning its operation.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to work directly with end users.
• Advanced level of English.
