TalentoHC in Caracas seeks a Practice Director to lead growth and performance across a key market. You’ll shape strategy, build partnerships, and drive a high-performing recruiting team, delivering durable value to clients.

You will manage a portfolio, develop opportunities, and position TalentoHC as a trusted partner in Venezuela, fostering sustainable growth and exceptional client experiences.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive experience in recruiting, executive search, staffing, talent acquisition, human resources, or related professional services.
• 7+ years of experience leading, developing, hiring, onboarding, and/or managing recruiting professionals.
• 5+ years owning complex customer relationships with a land-and-expand track record.
• 8+ years in talent sourcing, candidate assessment, recruiting strategy, and end-to-end search delivery.
• Experience generating new business, expanding accounts, and meeting commercial objectives.
• Fluent English required.

• Build & Grow the Practice: own growth strategy and market presence in Venezuela.
• Drive Business Development: create a disciplined pipeline and convert opportunities into partnerships.
• Expand Customer Partnerships: develop relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Lead Recruiting Excellence: provide strategic direction across engagements and ensure delivery standards.
• Build & Develop the Team: attract, coach, and retain high-performing recruiters.
• Own Practice Performance: forecast, allocate resources, and manage revenue and gross profit.
• Represent TalentoHC in Venezuela: build networks and strengthen the firm’s reputation.
