Overview
Our client is seeking a Client Experience Project Manager to lead high-visibility initiatives that directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and marketing performance. This role requires a professional who combines project management expertise with a strong background in PPC/digital marketing and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing projects with a focus on delivering measurable marketing outcomes (PPC, paid media, performance campaigns).
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on expectations and deliverables.
- Translate client needs into structured project plans, timelines, and KPIs.
- Oversee execution of digital marketing initiatives (Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC campaigns).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Monitor campaign and project performance, ensuring optimizations are implemented quickly.
- Anticipate client challenges and proactively provide solutions to improve their experience.
- Deliver clear, data-driven project updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Foster long-term client trust by ensuring projects are aligned with business goals and customer success.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in project management, account management, or client success roles.
- Proven experience in PPC and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other platforms).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and how they tie to business goals.
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Trello).
- Strong English fluency, with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in SaaS, MarTech, or digital agencies is highly preferred.
