Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Platform Engineer to build and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based internal platforms. You will bridge infrastructure and development, enabling teams to deploy and scale applications while abstracting complexity.

The role is 100% remote with excellent USD compensation. You will design clusters, automate provisioning with Terraform, manage Helm charts, and implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and Helm.
• Hands-on experience implementing GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, container networking, and cloud-native security.
• Strong background in building and maintaining internal developer platforms at scale.

What You'll Do
