Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) is seeking a Part-time Teller/Customer Service at the Lago Mar Branch. You will assist members with deposits, loans, and new account processing, while offering tailored SCCU products to meet needs.

You will balance cash and perform transactions, delivering exceptional service and meeting goals. The role includes rotating Saturdays and a 30-hour week schedule in a on-site branch environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, loans, and new account processing.
• Balance cash, monetary instruments, and daily work accurately.
• Consult with members on SCCU products and services and recommend additional offerings.
• Provide excellent service and meet sales goals.
• Direct walk-ins to the appropriate information source to minimize wait times.
