We're Hiring: Operations Support Analyst

Location: Caracas, Venezuela

We’re looking for an Industrial Engineer with a strong foundation in process automation to join our team as an Operations Support Analyst. This role is essential for ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency across our commercial, industrial, and new construction projects.

Bonus: Experience in data analysis is a plus!

What You’ll Do

Operations Support

• Validate technician time logs, including hours, locations, and work descriptions.
• Ensure correct application of time entries and rates per client agreements.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in field reporting.
• Track technician utilization and resource allocation weekly.
• Provide insights on labor usage affecting project financials.

Cost Control & Procurement Support

• Support inventory tracking and materials usage across jobs.
• Review subcontractor invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain proper job costing for field operations.
• Provide procurement follow-up reports comparing job-site needs vs. actual purchases.

Financial Analysis

• Prepare forecast vs. actual reports on labor and project spending.
• Analyze the financial impact of operational inefficiencies on project P&L.
• Build and maintain Excel/Power BI dashboards for KPIs.
• Monitor and suggest adjustments on hourly billing vs. actual labor costs.

Tools You’ll Use

• ConnectWise Manage – for operational and time-tracking data.
• Microsoft Excel – for reporting and data analysis.
• Power BI – for dashboarding and reporting automation.
