Job Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Supervisor with strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills to lead our team in managing and optimizing online sales channels across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Mercado Libre, and other platforms. While e-commerce experience is a plus, candidates with operations or supervisory experience in other industries—combined with strong Excel and project management skills—are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the operations team to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
• E-commerce Operations:
o Oversee daily activities related to order management, inventory control, and pricing strategies across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Mercado Libre.
o Implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Task Management: Use ClickUp to assign, organize, and monitor team tasks for maximum efficiency (experience with ClickUp or similar tools is a plus).
• Performance Monitoring: Leverage Insightful to track productivity and ensure optimal performance (experience with monitoring tools is a plus).
• Performance Evaluation: Monitor KPIs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Strategic Planning: Develop plans to improve workflows, reduce costs, and optimize resources.
• Problem-Solving: Identify issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaboration: Work with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Data Analysis: Review and interpret reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in operations, supervision, or team leadership (e-commerce experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Excel (intermediate to advanced) and experience working with data.
• Project planning and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with task management tools (ClickUp or similar) and productivity monitoring software (Insightful or similar) is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage teams and improve operational processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
