ExpertHiring is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the night shift in Santa Rosa, CA. You will work with R&D semiconductor equipment in a High Frequency Technology Center Wafer Fab, maintaining and repairing electro-mechanical systems used in high vacuum and precision processes.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience with complex manufacturing hardware, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while collaborating with engineers and operators.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with manufacturing equipment or complex systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard engineering practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and solve complex problems independently.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing techniques is highly desired.
• Experience with high vacuum technology, deposition methods, etching technologies, and RF sources.
• AS/BA/BS degree in Electronics, military electronics training, or strong electro-mechanical capability.

Responsabilités

• Work with R&D semiconductor equipment in High Frequency Technology Center Wafer Fab.
• Maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment used in high vacuum and precision processes.
• Collaborate with process engineers and operators for production and R&D development.
• Coordinate with suppliers on spare parts and service visits.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs in a manufacturing environment.
• Assist with implementing hardware improvements and automation projects.
