Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Venezuela seeks a senior Project Logistics leader to drive complex oil & gas and industrial projects, expanding business, retaining customers, and delivering on promises across the country.

You will build strong client and partner relationships, coordinate across global teams, and mentor the Project Logistics group while ensuring compliance and safety.

Lead and grow Project Logistics operations for the Oil & Gas and industrial sectors in Venezuela, driving business development, customer retention, and successful project execution. This role offers the opportunity to work with complex logistics solutions, collaborate across global teams, and make a direct impact on business growth and customer success.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial or project-focused roles.
• Solid knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms) and logistics operations.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in ocean freight, air freight, and inland transportation operations.
• Experience within project logistics, industrial projects, or the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and project management platforms such as MS Project or Planner.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
