The Time & Attendance Specialist will ensure accurate and compliant management of Time & Attendance activities for Remote's external employees and clients. This is an individual contributor role with emphasis on legal compliance and delivering an exceptional employee experience while maintaining efficient processes. You will report to the Time & Attendance Manager.
Remote’s compensation philosophy aims for fair, unbiased pay and competitive benefits in all operating locations. We pay above in-location rates and use geo ranges to account for geographic pay differentials. The base salary range for this full-time position is $26,350 to $59,300, determined by role, level, and location. Actual pay depends on factors such as location, skills, experience, and market demand. The base range may change. Internal moves may be reviewed case by case by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team.
