Qualifications

• Be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Be graduating in 2027.1 or have graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (all disciplines) within the previous 12 months.
• Be willing to travel extensively and work rotational schedules.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured bootcamps and hands-on field training.
• Execute field operations alongside experienced engineers.
• Deploy, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain technical equipment.
• Support customers and field crews during critical operations.
• Travel to diverse operational environments and rotate assignments.
• Progress through competency levels toward graduation.
