Amgen is seeking a Latam Hub Head, Global Site & Study Operations, Associate Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for study and site execution within the LATAM hub geography, aligning with global study strategies and regulatory requirements. The role leads the Country/Hub team, ensures resourcing and governance, and maintains quality standards.
