Responsibilities

The Server acts as an ambassador for La Lucha to tell its unique and nostalgic story, guide guests through the menu, and explain the history of the restaurant. The Server provides exceptional service and creates memorable experiences for every guest while working calmly under pressure, anticipating guests’ needs, and proactively taking cues from guests’ demeanors to gauge satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years dining experience preferred.
