Job Duties

Under direct supervision, trains and familiarizes with well site services and activities. Assists in project planning, job design/execution, and post-job analysis. Performs Coiled Tubing assignments requiring basic engineering knowledge and adherence to company policies, standards, and work methods. Acquires foundational knowledge of Halliburton processes, PSL field services, project planning, and wellsite solution design. Tasks, when performed correctly, have minimal impact on the organization’s viability. Errors are identifiable and correctable by supervisors or peer review. A bachelor’s degree in a STEM field is required; a petroleum engineering degree is preferred. Requires strong mechanical aptitude and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills, relevant modeling techniques, service tools/equipment knowledge, and industry best practices are essential. Learns role and its impact on team and organizational goals, contributing regularly.
