You will analyze performance and manage a team while optimizing the use of company solutions. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience in consulting or market research, alongside strong analytical and communication skills. Job Description

  • Providing performance overview analysis and business issue analysis to Consumer Packaged Goods clients around Venezuela
  • Providing in-depth consulting services and delivering insights and analytics as well as thought leadership
  • Developing deep knowledge of Nielsen IQ RMS and other company solutions and delivering value for clients
  • Working closely with the Sales & Consulting plus also Customer Service to transform customer experience
  • Consulting clients to optimize use of NielsenIQ Essentials
  • Developing and delivering business solutions for client performance tracking
  • Coaching junior associates to help their analytical development
  • Managing a team of at least 3 people to deliver optimal results with a timeline
Qualifications
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business
  • At least 6years of work experience, preferably within consulting, consumer or trade marketing, sales, analytics and insights or market research.
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
  • Knowledge of research techniques and methodologies would be an advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
  • An ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good interpersonal skills are a must
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc)
  • Should have coached and managed at least 2 people
