The A Career in Caracas, Venezuela is seeking an HVAC Drafter to convert engineering concepts into precise working plans. You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and builders to ensure HVAC layouts fit within buildings while meeting safety rules.

Responsibilities include producing 2D/3D drawings, coordinating with architecture, electrical, and plumbing plans, and updating drawings after field checks.

Formación

• 2–4 years of hands‑on mechanical drafting or HVAC design work.
• Associate degree, technical certificate, or diploma in drafting, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit for drawings; knowledge of HVAC parts, duct sizing, piping routes.

Responsabilidades

• Make 2D and 3D shop drawings, coordination layouts, and fabrication plans for ductwork, piping, and equipment.
• Coordinate HVAC layouts with architectural, electrical, and plumbing plans to avoid clashes.
• Update drawings based on field changes, site checks, and engineer notes.
• Prepare material lists, equipment schedules, and final as‑built drawings when projects finish.
• Ensure designs follow local building codes and industry rules like ASHRAE.
