A leading global technology brand is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage human resources responsibilities. You will be responsible for acquiring talent, onboarding new employees, managing payroll, and resolving conflicts. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the Mobile industry, with advanced English proficiency. Formación

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in the Mobile Industry.
  • Advanced English level required for the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization\'s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Hunt and develop the best talents in the market.
  • Carry out onboarding and follow-up processes with new employees.
  • Conduct performance (KPIs) management and provide feedback.
  • Manage work visas for foreign employees.
  • Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.
  • Employee management and conflict resolution.
  • Employee development strategies.
  • Propose and develop activities to strengthen organizational culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or relevant experience in HR.
  • 5+ years\' experience in Human Resources, preferably in Mobile Industry.
  • Advanced English level (The hiring process will be in English)
