GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is looking for an HR Recruitment Associate who supports the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and recommending qualified candidates for open positions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while upholding company values and compliance standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Post job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, internal systems)
  • Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track candidate progress
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist with pre-employment checks, job offers, and onboarding documentation
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Generate and submit regular recruitment reports and metrics
  • Sending out important emails within the company


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2-3 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related role (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates with internship experience)
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
