LEONI Wiring Systems de Yucatán S.A. de C.V. seeks a Senior leader to head the national Value Chain Management function. You will develop and execute supply chain strategies, align with KPIs, and drive improvements across sites while ensuring governance and budget adherence.

You will oversee teams, monitor performance, and promote best practices, guiding organizational development and strategic goals with a strong focus on KPI-driven results and English fluency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in Supply Chain / Value Chain Management in automotive/harness environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams and organizational units.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the national Value Chain Management function in alignment with defined KPIs and business objectives.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, governance, and processes (IATF, ISO 14001, etc.).
• Manage budgets and resources to support operational and strategic goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective action plans when needed.
• Drive organizational development, succession planning, and team performance improvement.
• Represent the Value Chain function within the organization and promote best practices across sites.
