Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing specialist to lead Infinix’s growth in the SA1 region. You will be responsible for end-to-end marketing execution, including paid media campaigns, co-marketing partnerships, and brand localization strategies.

Your goal: maximize brand visibility and return on investment (ROI) across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Media Buying & Paid Social:

  • Plan and manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and local platforms.
  • Optimize budget using A/B testing, audience targeting, and real-time performance adjustments.
  • Track and report on CTR, CPC, ROAS, and other performance metrics.

2. Co-Marketing & Partner Exposure:

  • Secure brand visibility on partner channels (e.g., e-commerce sites, telco promo pages).
  • Develop joint campaigns, influencer collaborations, and retail bundles.

3. Brand Strategy & Localization:

  • Adapt global campaigns to resonate with the local SA1 market.
  • Monitor competitors’ campaigns and partnerships to identify growth opportunities

4. Performance Management:

  • Align marketing activities with measurable KPIs including traffic growth, ROAS, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • 30% of compensation is variable and tied to performance outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with hands-on media buying expertise.
  • Proven success scaling paid social and managing partner activations.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a strong plus.
  • Data-driven approach with strong skills in Excel, Google Analytics, and campaign reporting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
  • Intermediate to advanced English preferred.
