About Excellent Global

We are a company teaching languages to Brazilians in Brazil and around the world. Our way of teaching involves the Kaizen technique; the spaced repetition method; and the National Geographic Learning books and systems. The courses are aimed at any age, in both face-to-face and virtual formats. It is necessary to have a student bond for the visa.

Role

The candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming learning environment that helps students achieve their learning goals. Through interesting and diverse methods, they will teach the important rules of reading, writing, and speaking in English, Portuguese, or Spanish in congruence with the educational institution\'s guidelines. They will also monitor progress by following up on assignments and test grades, thus providing useful feedback. Flexible schedules according to classes. Previous experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Planning and running classes in English, Spanish or Portuguese;
• Creating and facilitating workshops and conversation groups;
• Devising strategies to increase students\' engagement with school activities and help them progress in their learning process.
• Developing activities to broaden students\' knowledge of the foreign language, through geography, history and specific themes.
• Report monthly on the project\'s activities (KPIs), together with feedback from the company on the exchange student\'s execution of the proposed activities;
• Preparing activities related to the trainee\'s culture, necessarily involving student participation. Present elements connected to the exchange student\'s country of origin, such as food, music, photos, dances, among others.
