Job Description

The Maintenance Technician is required to inspect and maintain all machines, mechanical equipment, and other structures within the plant. This includes performing preventative and corrective maintenance as well as repairs on malfunctioning equipment.

1. Performs skilled repair or maintenance operations on equipment, facilities, and systems.
2. Monitors, plans, and executes all preventative and corrective maintenance tasks for production equipment.
3. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required.
4. Conducts unsupervised mold changes on all machines.
5. Adjusts and troubleshoots production equipment as needed.
6. Provides support on the production floor as required.
7. Examines objects, systems, or facilities, analyzes information, and carries out needed installations, services, or repairs; general maintenance of plant and building (a/c, lighting, plumbing, etc.).
8. Maintains a safe and clean work environment and ensures compliance with established Occupational Safety & Health rules, policies, and procedures.
