Job Responsibilities

• Define clear business cases, success metrics, and value realisation frameworks for AI initiatives, ensuring a quantifiable ROI.

• Engage with key customers and stakeholders to understand needs, identify barriers, and facilitate AI integration.
• Represent thought leadership on AI adoption and value realisation through conferences, publications, and discussions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform strategic adjustments and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or related field with a focus on technology or data.
• At least 10+ years of experience in technology, product management, or strategic consulting, with 4+ years in AI adoption or value realisation.
• Experience in driving adoption and demonstrating value of complex technology solutions, especially in AI or analytics.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, capabilities, limitations, and translating technical concepts into business benefits.
• Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies at scale.
