AI & Automation Systems Architect (CRM + Power BI Expert) fixed price

We are looking for a highly skilled AI & Automation Systems Architect to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing automated workflows using tools like Make.com, Zapier, n8n, and Microsoft Power BI. You will be responsible for integrating AI solutions, optimizing CRM systems, and developing insightful dashboards to enhance our business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Automation Workflow Development: Create and optimize workflows to streamline lead generation, sales processes, and marketing campaigns using tools like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n.
• CRM Integration: Customize and enhance CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) to automate tasks, manage data flow, and improve customer relationship management.
• Data Visualization: Develop dynamic dashboards in Microsoft Power BI to provide real-time insights into sales, marketing performance, and operational metrics.
• AI Integration: Incorporate AI services (e.g., NLP, ChatGPT, machine learning models) into workflows to improve decision-making and scalability.
• System Documentation: Document all workflows and systems to ensure clarity and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling and DAX.
• Ability to integrate AI tools and APIs into business processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Use Make.com, Zapier, or n8n — or showcase your preferred tool if better!
