1. Patient care

- Coordinate with other departments.

- Manage and resolve customer complaints.

- Enter new customer information into the system.
- Update existing customer information.
- Assist nurses with patient laboratory coordination.
- Assist nephrologists during patient visits.
2. Administration and Documentation
- Check patient visit slips and record dialysis payments in the system and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Finance department regarding daily payment records.
- Record patient reimbursement information in the online system.
- Record patient information in the Nephrology Society of Thailand system.
- Summarize daily revenue and patient volume and submit reports to the Finance department or designated personnel on time.
- Manage daily and monthly inventory stock; report to the Head Nurse.
- Summarize daily usage of medical supplies and equipment.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Maintain and update company databases.
3. Communication and Service
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring prompt responses to problems and feedback.
- Assist nurses in checking patient schedules, locations, and reimbursement categories.
- Coordinate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide high-quality service to patients and families.
- Demonstrate willingness to provide attentive care.
- Deliver excellent service consistently.
- Adhere to the accepted dress code.
- Maintain a professional image among colleagues and the public.
4. Quality and Safety
- Perform activities according to safety standards.
- Follow infection control policies.
- Report all incidents and customer feedback to nurses.
- Participate in quality activities to promote safety culture.
