A leading healthcare provider seeks a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to manage patient interactions, assist in administrative tasks, and ensure high-quality service in a dialysis clinic. Descripción del empleo

1. Patient care
  1. Greet customers with professional service behavior.
  2. Assist patients with body weight measurement before and after dialysis treatment.
  3. Coordinate with other departments.
  4. Prepare clinic and patient documentation.
  5. Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  6. Provide customers with product and service information.
  7. Enter new customer information into the system.
  8. Update existing customer information.
  9. Assist nurses with patient laboratory coordination.
  10. Assist nephrologists during patient visits.
2. Administration and Documentation
  1. Check patient visit slips and record dialysis payments in the system and documentation.
  2. Coordinate with the Finance department regarding daily payment records.
  3. Record patient reimbursement information in the online system.
  4. Record patient information in the Nephrology Society of Thailand system.
  5. Summarize daily revenue and patient volume and submit reports to the Finance department or designated personnel on time.
  6. Manage daily and monthly inventory stock; report to the Head Nurse.
  7. Summarize daily usage of medical supplies and equipment.
  8. Manage office supplies stock and place orders as needed.
  9. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  10. Maintain and update company databases.
3. Communication and Service
  1. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring prompt responses to problems and feedback.
  2. Assist nurses in checking patient schedules, locations, and reimbursement categories.
  3. Coordinate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
  4. Provide high-quality service to patients and families.
  5. Demonstrate willingness to provide attentive care.
  6. Deliver excellent service consistently.
  7. Adhere to the accepted dress code.
  8. Maintain a professional image among colleagues and the public.
4. Quality and Safety
  1. Perform activities according to safety standards.
  2. Follow infection control policies.
  3. Report all incidents and customer feedback to nurses.
  4. Participate in quality activities to promote safety culture.
