A customer service company in Caracas is seeking a dedicated professional to join their Customer Service team. The ideal candidate should possess a customer-first mindset with at least a year of experience in remote customer service, preferably in insurance. Strong communication skills in English (C1 level) are required. Responsibilities include providing solution-driven support, maintaining accurate client records, and making over 60 calls daily. Immediate start available, working Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Formación

  • At least 1 year in remote customer service or sales.
  • Experience in insurance preferred.
  • Full-time availability to work on-site in Chacao, Caracas.

We are seeking a service-oriented professional to join our Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will bring a customer-first mindset, a proven ability to build relationships, and a consistent record of meeting expectations. This role plays a key part in fostering strong, long-term connections with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive, solution-driven support during every interaction with customers
  • Participate in team meetings to align on goals and share best practices
  • Prepare clear and accurate daily and monthly reports to track progress
  • Follow up proactively with all assigned clients via calls, emails, and messages
  • Collaborate closely with fellow team members to achieve shared outcomes
  • Gather valuable customer feedback (Google Reviews)
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client statuses and contact outcomes in our CRM
  • Make 60+ customer-focused calls daily to support the overall customer journey
  • Complete a list of cancellations and follow up on customer's cases

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year in remote customer service or sales
  • Experience in insurance (preferred)
  • Strong customer engagement and communication skills in English (at least C1 level required)
  • Full-time availability to work on-site at our office in Chacao, Caracas
  • Immediate start availability
  • Service hours: Monday to Friday (at least 1 Saturday per month), 09:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
