You will lead the production operations in the plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale. You will ensure our manufacturing strategy is fully implemented and effective, and strive to build a high-performing organization.

How you will contribute

• Manage change and transformation within the operating teams, implementing IL6S - Integrated Lean 6 Sigma, FoF - Factory of the Future, and roles such as Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Progressive Maintenance (PM) to develop self-sufficient teams. Model values and principles through coaching, mentoring, and team development.
• Support and cascade the manufacturing annual operational plans and targets, aligning safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals with business needs. Communicate plans and KPIs effectively to ensure understanding and alignment.
• Establish strong governance to review and control operational performance, embed a zero-loss mindset, and continuously improve processes, technology, culture, and capabilities to ensure reliable operations.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, governance, and legal requirements, including quality, food safety, GMP, health and safety, security, and environmental policies. Monitor and review compliance regularly.
• Lead talent development, capability building, and engagement initiatives to attract, retain, and develop critical talent across all levels. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives and KPIs.

What you will bring

• Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, with expertise in TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma tools and concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, coaching, and leadership skills, with abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
• An engineering background with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
