A leading provider of smart devices is seeking a Community Dreamweaver in Caracas. You will create vibrant communities and help turn casual users into passionate brand allies. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in community management, strong English skills, and an instinct for social engagement. Enthusiasm for youth culture and creativity are essential. This is an on-site role with no remote options.

Formación

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in community management, social media, or content creation.
• Intermediate to upper-level English speaker.
• A natural social connector who thrives on building relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Design and grow interest-based communities (gaming, photography, tech, culture).
• Build hybrid online + offline experiences: pop-ups, gaming tournaments, music events.
• Launch co-creation programs where fans become content creators and ambassadors.

About the Role

As a Community Dreamweaver, you’ll help build and nurture a vibrant ecosystem of brand fans—online and offline. Your mission is to create engaging experiences, foster genuine communities, and transform casual users into passionate brand allies.

This position is for you if:

• You have 1–2 years of relevant experience in community management, social media, or content creation
• You are an intermediate to upper-level English speaker
• You’re a natural social connector who thrives on building relationships
• You are active on platforms like Instagram or TikTok
• You have an instinct for what’s about to go viral
• You’re passionate about turning casual users into loyal supporters

What You’ll Do:

• Design and grow interest-based communities (gaming, photography, tech, culture)
• Build hybrid online + offline experiences: pop-ups, gaming tournaments, music events, salons
• Launch co-creation programs where fans become content creators and ambassadors
• Spot cultural trends and translate them into campaigns, memes, and events
• Track community health metrics (retention, engagement, viral growth)
