Zusammenfassung

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and creating repair estimates, coordinating parts, and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

You will work with the management team to meet facility KPIs, adhere to DRP guidelines, and ensure timely updates to customers and insurance partners. A collaborative, safety-conscious environment is emphasized.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to look up information.
• Minimum 1 year experience with DRP processes.

Aufgaben

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information to customers and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and KPI metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, planning, and communication.
