SLB is seeking a Coiled Tubing Operator to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable well intervention services. You will prepare, inspect, rig up, operate, and maintain Coiled Tubing units and related equipment for activities such as well cleanouts, nitrogen lifting, and milling.

You will participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings, ensure on-time deliverables, follow procedures and HSE regulations, wear PPE, and maintain safety training. SLB offers equal employment opportunity.

• Assist field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations.

• Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
• Ensure individual and crew work safety.
• Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.
• Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.
• Operate and support well intervention activities using Coiled Tubing equipment in oil and gas operations.
• Follow company procedures, industry standards, and HSE regulations.
• Perform routine equipment checks, and work closely with supervisors, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality services while maintaining operational integrity and safety.

The Coiled Tubing Operator (CT Operator) is responsible for operating and supporting well intervention activities using Coiled Tubing equipment in oil and gas operations. This role involves the preparation, inspection, rig-up, operation, and maintenance of Coiled Tubing units and associated equipment, ensuring safe and efficient execution of services such as well cleanouts, nitrogen lifting, stimulation support, fishing operations, milling, and other intervention tasks. The operator is expected to follow company procedures, industry standards, and HSE regulations, perform routine equipment checks, and work closely with supervisors, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality services while maintaining operational integrity and safety.
