SLB is seeking a Coiled Tubing Operator in Venezuela to support well intervention activities with CT equipment, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery. You will prepare, inspect, rig up/down, operate, and maintain CT units while collaborating with supervisors, engineers, and clients to uphold quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include performing routine checks, following company procedures, and adhering to HSE policies to protect personnel and equipment during operations.

The Coiled Tubing Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The Operator identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, and assists field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations.

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
• Ensure individual and crew work safety.
• Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.
• Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.

The Coiled Tubing Operator (CT Operator) is responsible for operating and supporting well intervention activities using Coiled Tubing equipment in oil and gas operations. This role involves the preparation, inspection, rig-up, operation, and maintenance of Coiled Tubing units and associated equipment, ensuring safe and efficient execution of services such as well cleanouts, nitrogen lifting, stimulation support, fishing operations, milling, and other intervention tasks. The operator is expected to follow company procedures, industry standards, and HSE regulations, perform routine equipment checks, and work closely with supervisors, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality services while maintaining operational integrity and safety.
