Responsibilities
- Channel strategy management
- Develop, supervise, and implement a channel strategy and service support in alignment with company goals. Focus on increasing sales and cultivating new clients interested in adopting the brand.
- Dynamically monitor and analyze competition and industry trends. Assess the impact of competitors engaged with customers and their influence on the local market.
- Channel relationship development and management
- Actively look for new channel cooperation targets, analysis of potential clients, and establish marketing plans.
- Client visiting, training, sell-out management, store image management.
- Timely communication and joint operations with channels to promote product sales.
- Visit local distributors to execute the channel strategy with key clients.
- Accomplish sales targets and search for wholesale customers.
- Brand promotion
- Ensure brand presence at key events hosted by clients.
- Facilitate effective communication with clients to precisely disseminate promotions and exclusive activities.
- Manage distribution activities with assigned clients on a local level.
- Proactively develop and attract new commercial prospects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Commercial Relations, or related fields.
- Experience: Possesses over 3 years of industry experience in sales with distribution channels and channel management. Preferably, experience includes sales in the security technology industry (CCTV, access control, alarms).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Accurate market perception and a proven track record of delivering strong results.
- High work enthusiasm and effective stress management.
- Willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Google tools) and PC usage.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (essential for communication with international teams).
- Control of client agenda and development of the client database.
- Availability to make short business trips.
